Fellow Members,
The first report on the Trail Ride is out and we seem to be holding our own. Congratulations to Kansas, Montana, Texas, Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota for reaching or exceeding the 10% target. Kansas is riding point for the Midwest at this time, but there is room for more. Let's round up those renewals and get as many of our Detachments toward the front as possible.
We're choking on the dust here in Nebraska, but I know that the memberships will start coming in soon. History has shown that those toward the back of the "ride" will be moving up in the very near future. Some of us just spent a little extra time at the campfire sipping that last cup of coffee. It's time to get to work now, so pack up and let's get moving toward our next stop, Poplar Bluff, Missouri. October 19th is the date for 25% of your membership target. Some of you are nearly there, don't look back, there's nothing behind you but dust.
As you may already know, the Midwest is home to some of the greatest and best known trails in the land. With this rich history and the spirit of the Midwest cowboy in many of us, I know that we will have a successful “Ride”.
