Note: Hotel requires 48 hrs notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled arrival date or a 1 night room and tax will be billed to the credit card on file.
PARKING AT THE HOTEL
To prepare you for your stay, please be advised the process for Overnight Parking Only. There is currently no charge for parking for day/evening event guests.
If you are staying overnight in the hotel, your vehicle must be registered when you arrive to the hotel.
You simply Scan one of our many signs in the parking lot. If you forget, there are also signs at the front desk but remember to have your license plate number handy.

Detachment Convention July 2026 Call
Morning Team Texas. I have attached the Detachment Convention Call and Newsletter. There are 4 separate attachments due to the size. I have also included the registration form and the delegate sheet. Remember, all checks are made out The American Legion, Department of Texas. Registration forms and delegate sheets are to be mailed to my personal home, not to Department Headquarters. If anyone, or a Squadron, District or Division wishes to submit a resolution, I need a copy in my hands no later than June 10. The amount of votes each Squadron receives will be calculated by the membership report dated June 10, 2026. No exceptions! If anyone sees any issue or mistakes with the minutes, please bring them to my attention as soon as possible. If anyone responds to this email, please do not respond to the group email, only to my personal email. Thank you.
